On behalf of the GMBC Executive Committee, it is my pleasure to invite you to the GMBC Annual General Meeting to be held via Microsoft Teams at 16.00pm on 24th June 2021.


The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following resolution(s):

  1. To receive the Executive Committee's Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts.
  2. To appoint Kyaw & Kyaw Certified Public Accountants as auditors and to authorize the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration.
  3. Current challenges for responsible investors in Myanmar by Mrs. Vicky Bowman of Myanmar Center for Responsible Business
  4. To transact any other business that may be properly transacted at a General Meeting.
  5. Closing Remark by Dr. Markus Lubawinski, German Embassy
