The Annual General Meeting of the German Myanmar Business Chamber is to be held virtually this year. Mr. York Schuegraf, Head of Mission of the German Embassy in Myanmar, will also be present at Annual General Meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following resolution(s):
1. To receive the Executive Committee's Report, Balance Sheet and Statement of Accounts.
2. To appoint Kyaw & Kyaw Certified Public Accountants as auditors and to authorise the Executive Committee to fix their remuneration.
3. To elect the Executive Committee.
4. To give an update on planned GMBC activities and discuss with the members.
5. To give an update on membership development.
6. To transact any other business that may be properly transacted at a General Meeting.
